Our Children and Young People Services
At Sublime Care Solution, we offer a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of children and young people aged between 3 and 18. We specialise in supporting those with highly complex needs who are at risk of being placed in specialist residential settings due to challenging behaviours. Our services include home care, social inclusion, sitting service, home respite care, and supported accommodation for 16-18-year-olds.
Positive Behaviour Support
We believe in the power of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to make a difference in the lives of children and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. Our approach involves understanding the social, physical, and individual contexts in which behaviours occur. By developing proactive strategies and setting co-produced goals, we aim to reduce challenging behaviours and promote self-regulation. We work closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in implementing PBS strategies.
Therapeutically Informed Approach
At Sublime Care Solution, we prioritise creating safe and nurturing environments where young people can develop trusting and supportive relationships. We understand that all behaviour is communication, and we strive to be a therapeutic partner in every interaction. Our colleagues receive regular reflection opportunities to remain attuned and sensitive to the needs of the young people we support.
Collaboration and Understanding
From the moment of referral to the end of our services, our Therapeutic Services team works closely with our homes to ensure the needs of our young people and colleagues are met. We take the time to assess each young person's needs, develop a personalised therapeutic plan, and regularly review and adapt our approach to support their success and achievement.
