These sessions aim to cultivate independence and confidence in each participant. Subjects covered include Literacy, Numeracy, IT, Arts and Crafts, Drama, Current Affairs, Music, Creative Writing, Cookery, and Personal Care. We support these subjects with specialized resources.

 

These sessions are meticulously tailored to match the interests and capabilities of the participants. We are always open to devising new sessions upon request. At Sublime Care Solution, we ensure that opportunities for development and growth abound, regardless of the level of learning disability.

 

Participants can engage in activities at their own pace and level. We offer opportunities to explore new skills or strengthen existing ones. The activities are personalized to ensure that everyone has a fulfilling learning experience.

Besides a diverse schedule of educational sessions, you or your loved one can participate in a variety of activities and outings, such as bowling, cycling, theatre or museum trips, and many more.

 

As for our Day Care services, we are currently in the process of establishing our day centres. In the meantime, we can offer 1:1 support for social inclusion or community access.
