Sublime Care Solution is a highly experienced provider of supported living services, offering a range of services to meet diverse needs. We have recently expanded into children's services, including personal care delivery, supported accommodation, and children's residential care homes. Heading our operations is our Head of Operations and Clinical Lead, who brings extensive experience in managing specialist services, particularly in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). With a wealth of expertise in CAMHS, our Clinical Lead is well-equipped to oversee and ensure the highest quality of care for children and young people in our services. His successful management and leadership of CAMHS Inpatient Services have provided vital care and support to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities. His frontline, operational, and strategic management experience in CAMHS positions our organisation to effectively address the challenges and demands of children's services, including children's care homes.

Our Head of Operations has a proven track record of achieving operational targets and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. He has spearheaded the establishment and development of innovative healthcare initiatives, such as the ground-breaking NHS COVID-19 isolation unit tailored specifically to patients with acute mental health illness and COVID-19. His commitment to delivering high-quality services while ensuring operational efficiency has garnered national recognition, with his work being featured in an ITV News documentary.

In his most recent role as Deputy Director (Divisional) at an NHS Foundation Trust, our Head of Operations collaborates with the Divisional Director and Senior Management team to drive change, develop services, and achieve objectives at national, trust, and service levels. He ensures the safe and smooth running of service lines, acts as a point of contact for senior team members, and provides operational assistance as required. Additionally, he leads the successful implementation of strategic business plans, contributing to the delivery of the Trust's operational, financial, cost improvement, and strategic plans.

Our Head of Operations also serves as a Specialist Advisor (Mental Health) for the Care Quality Commission (CQC). He has led comprehensive hospital inspections and authored meticulous reports, providing expert counsel to enhance the CQC's regulatory inspection and investigation efforts. His involvement in advancing mental health care standards and driving transformative change within the mental health landscape has positioned him as a trusted and influential advisor.

Prior to his current role, our Head of Operations held positions such as Head of Operations at Nottinghamshire NHS Foundation Trust and Head of Healthcare at Arnold Lodge Regional Secure Unit. In these roles, he oversaw operational compliance, performance, staffing, and strategic objectives, implementing service strategies to meet agreements, best practices, and key performance indicators. He had oversight of Arnold Lodge, a facility offering medium secure inpatient services for adults and forensic services for children (CAMHS) with mental illness and personality disorders. This experience in managing CAMHS services highlights his ability to provide specialised care to children with complex mental health needs in a secure and nurturing environment. At Sublime Care Solutions, he brings this expertise to ensure exceptional care for children in our residential care homes.
