Our adult and children & young people's services are fortified by a resolute safety approach, underscored by thorough audits conducted by our governance and assurance team. We ensure a safe environment through:

- Sharing of best practices across the organisation
- Regular health and safety and fire audits conducted by our internal health and safety experts and external fire safety professionals
- Prompt reactions to legislative changes and guidance
- Transparent and decisive approach to incident and complaint management, and subsequent investigations
- Implementing improvements based on lessons learned from incident and complaint investigations.
Quality Assurance
Our dedicated quality team is committed to not just meeting regulatory compliance, but also providing evidence-based care and support, ensuring we excel in our services. We are supported by a team of specialist advisors, including quality leads with extensive experience in delivering services to adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and autism, as well as older people care services; a Dementia lead ensuring top-tier care across our domiciliary care services; and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) champions driving the delivery of our PBS strategy, which includes individualised programmes, behaviour assessments, functional analysis, and comprehensive support for those requiring PBS.
