Specialist Residential Services
Our Residential Homes provide 24/7 specialised support and facilities for adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, and complex needs. We also provide specialised residential services for individuals with challenging behaviours, mental health challenges, forensic issues, or a combination of these. These services are provided in small group homes designed for 2 or 3 people or single-person homes.
Finding the right residential care home is about more than just finding a place to live. Our homes are as unique as the individuals we support, and our incredible teams are proud and passionate about helping everyone live as independently and fulfilled lives as possible. We work together with each individual to create a person-centred plan.
In our adult residential care homes, we offer a range of activities to provide opportunities for new experiences. We also encourage and support individuals to become active members of their local community, whether that's through dining out, joining clubs, or engaging in educational and employment opportunities.
Our homes are equipped with the latest technology and equipment to ensure individuals can live their lives exactly how they wish. We provide accessible bathrooms, sensory rooms, hydrotherapy options, hoists, ceiling tracking, and more to meet individual needs.
The aim of our services is to promote independent living through a person-centred care programme. We provide individually tailored care and support, promote positive risk-taking, use a strengths-based approach, employ positive behaviour management strategies, offer meaningful activities and opportunities, develop independent living skills, and encourage community engagement. We also emphasise safeguarding, have robust clinical governance, provide access to independent advocacy, and foster strong partnerships with multi-agency and family support.
Our residential care services aim to achieve positive outcomes for individuals, including helping them reach their full potential, improving their quality of life through meaningful experiences, enhancing choice, control, and independence, effectively managing behaviour, promoting good physical health, boosting self-esteem and self-worth, encouraging social inclusion, and upholding dignity and respect.
