We provide high-quality Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation for young people across different parts of England. Our expert support is tailored to the needs of young people and is available 24/7.

 

Our accommodation options include single occupancy and shared spaces for looked-after children or care leavers aged 16 or 17. Each property is fully furnished to a high standard, equipped with a lounge, modern kitchen, bathroom, shower, laundry facilities, and secure bedrooms. We ensure regular maintenance and cleaning to keep our properties in top condition.

 

At Sublime Supported Accommodation, we focus on empowering young people to develop essential life skills such as budgeting, cleaning, and cooking, preparing them for independent living. We also offer supported accommodation for young people aged 18 and over and outreach services for those who require additional support in their homes.

 

We take pride in being an OFSTED registered provider of supported accommodation.

 

Our shared houses are fully furnished and provide a comfortable and welcoming environment. Each house features a shared lounge with a TV, a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances, a shared bathroom with a shower or separate shower room, and fully furnished secure bedrooms. Regular maintenance and cleaning services ensure a pleasant living experience for our residents.

 

Our self-contained accommodation is also fully furnished to a high standard, offering privacy and comfort.

 

The support offered by our Supported Accommodation Service includes maintaining accommodation, developing independent living skills, securing more permanent housing, assistance with benefits and income maximisation, form filling, budgeting and money management, development of life and social skills, addressing health and support needs, accessing education, training, employment, and volunteering opportunities, meeting cultural and religious needs, participating in leisure activities and community involvement, rebuilding positive relationships with family and friends, and accessing other agencies such as drug or alcohol services and mental health services.

 

We accept referrals from various sources, including self-referrals, statutory or voluntary agencies, Housing Options Teams, Mental Health Services, Probation, Social Care, and more.
